Our Trip to Hawaii

Our first glimpse of Hawaii was at the Honolulu airport where we found these beautiful gardens where there were pools with these really big fish--it was an impressive welcome to Hawaii as we soaked in the warm, moist air. Kyle and Carolyn greeted us at the Hilo airport on the big island with alohas, hugs and these really fun leis--what fantastic hosts they were!

Boogie boarding became a family favorite--everyone but Taeg got pretty darn good with a boogie board and looovvvved it!

Some of the boys fun purchases at the farmer's market. We spent a Saturday morning here and Clendon was a super sport to keep Taeg entertained as the boys and I shopped--good thing there was a little park across the street.

Kye and Ladd weren't too sure about snorlkeling at Captain Cook monument but they did ok. Ladd even decided the sea kayaking we did for a mile across this bay wasn't too bad by the end of the day--it was quite an adventure.
